No, a dental infection will not go away without treatment. While symptoms may temporarily improve, the infection will remain. Our dentists can give you full detailed advice during your appointment.

If you experience pain, trauma, swelling, or damage to a tooth, contact the practice as soon as possible. Our team will assess your situation and arrange an urgent appointment where needed.

During your appointment, the dentist will:

  • Examine the problem
  • Identify the cause
  • Relieve pain where possible
  • Explain your options

The priority is to get you comfortable and stabilise the issue.

Tooth pain can feel worse at night because lying down increases blood flow to the head, which can increase pressure in the affected tooth. There are also fewer distractions, making the pain feel more intense.

Fantastic! From walking through the door to leaving. All the staff are welcoming and friendly. I have received a top notch service from this very professional team. My front tooth implant has given me back the confidence to smile. Thank you Matt and all the wonderful team at Glendair.

I've been going to Glendair for some little time now after avoiding dentists due to childhood experiences of various dental practices, a common theme on here I see. I no longer fear the dentist and Matt and his team are the epitome in their care and treatment of patients. Absolutely first class and I would heartily recommend them.

Matthew and all the staff at Glendair are extremely helpful and friendly. Always a smile. You are put at ease all the way through your treatment. Nothing is too much trouble. I was nervous but everything was explained. I would recommend them completely. I can now smile with confidence. Thank you all.
