We believe that every business has the power to help change lives by giving back to society. Here are some of the ways we support our local community and further afield.
Bolsover Bulls
We are all about supporting our local community, and Bolsover Bulls is based in South Normanton with a dedicated group of parents, kids, and coaches who love rugby!
They have teams for children aged 3 to 12, and their club is the best place to learn how to play a team sport and take part in rugby matches, so go take a look at their website!
When You Wish Upon a Star
We are thrilled that with our patients’ help, we can continue to help transform lives. Our next chosen charity is When You Wish Upon a Star, whose simple mission is to grant the wishes of children living with life-threatening illnesses.
From Harry Potter-themed trips aboard the Northern Belle train to meeting Father Christmas in Lapland, any donations help to grant the Wish of a very brave and courageous child.
Thank you so much for your fantastic donation of £283 which we recently received from the Giving Back to the Community programme. Every donation we receive brings a seriously ill child’s Wish closer to being granted.

Gears of Goodwill
The Glendair team are happy to support the brilliant Gears of Goodwill charity, donating toothpaste, blankets, duvets and throws for the homeless.
This group was purposefully set up in Derbyshire, and their amazing volunteers go out into the city streets to meet homelessness head on and help people get their lives back.
Red Nose Day
The Glendair team dressed up in their pyjamas for Red Nose Day in aid of Comic Relief, raising money for vulnerable people and communities in the UK and internationally. Thank you to all of our lovely patients for your generous donations!
The Beacon Project
We believe that every business has the power to help change lives by giving back to society, and The Beacon Project is one of our three chosen charities.
The Beacon is a day centre located in Mansfield, providing hot meals, showering facilities, clean clothes, emotional support and more for people who are homeless and vulnerable.
On behalf of ‘The Beacon Project’, I would like to thank you for your very generous donation of £283.00 that was raised from your ‘Giving back to the Community programme’. The money will enable us to buy much needed supplies for people who are homeless and vulnerable in Mansfield.

Team Building Treasure Hunt
At our latest monthly meeting, we were tasked with a team building treasure hunt challenge around Alfreton, with the aim of getting to know our new Glendair members whilst also getting the local community involved! The winners were the Incredibles Team.
Morocco with the Dental Mavericks
Our hygiene therapist Holly recently travelled all the way to Morocco with the Dental Mavericks!
She helped to provide care to children suffering with dental pain, living with no other access to dental care or education.
Here at Glendair, we always strive to give back to the community, and we are very proud of Holly for getting involved with this incredible cause.
